FAQ

Your monthly membership fee is added to your account as a bank of funds that you can use for treatments and services at ORA. These funds roll over month to month and never expire, giving you flexibility in how and when you use them. Think of it as a personal wellness bank that continuously grows with each monthly payment. The banked funds are non-refundable and can be applied to any ORA service, allowing you to maximize the value of your membership.

ORA memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. After completing this initial 6-month period, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until you choose to cancel. This structure gives you the security of membership benefits while providing flexibility after the initial commitment period.

Yes, you can freeze your membership once per year for up to 2 calendar months. To initiate a freeze, simply email concierge@oraspace.com at least 7 business days before your desired freeze start date. Your request must include both the freeze start date and the reactivation date. During the freeze period, you won't be billed for your membership, and billing will automatically restart on the specified reactivation date.

No, all membership services, discounts, and benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared or gifted to others. Your membership and its associated benefits, including your membership bank and any complimentary items, are exclusively for your personal use. This ensures that we can provide you with the highest quality of personalized service.

If you wish to cancel your membership after completing the 6-month minimum commitment, you'll need to provide 30 days written notice before your next billing date. You can submit your cancellation notice and reason via email to concierge@oraspace.com or by mail to ORA Att: Membership Dept, 9 E. 4th St, New York, NY 10003. 

If you need to cancel before completing the 6-month minimum commitment, an early termination fee of $99 will apply. In all cases, any outstanding payments must be settled in full for the cancellation to be processed. Please note that your membership bank funds are non-refundable, so we recommend using any accumulated funds before your cancellation takes effect.

At this time there are no discounts on gift card purchases.

Complimentary “monthly” perks expire thirty (30) days after the date of issuance and do not roll over, unless otherwise expressly stated on a voucher or other written terms and conditions for a Complimentary Item.
